Balloon Bundles, a division of B. Reed Enterprises, LLC, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to drive sales and expand our corporate and individual client base. This role involves prospecting new customers, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our balloon delivery services, including the Corporate Birthday Club program.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Engage with potential clients through direct outreach, networking, and online marketing.

Manage client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic selling.

Maintain accurate sales records and provide reports as needed.
Qualifications:

Sales experience preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Must be comfortable with commission-based pay.

Ability to pass a Level 2 background check and sign an NDA.

Proof of commercial auto insurance is required if using a personal vehicle for business-related travel. (Reimbursement offer available)

BALLOON DELIVERY DRIVER
(PART-TIME/FLEXIBLE)
Do you love being on the road and making people’s days brighter? We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Balloon Delivery Driver to deliver balloons to clients throughout Duval County.

What You’ll Do:

Pick up pre-packaged balloon arrangements from our location.

Deliver balloons to homes and workplaces with a smile.

Ensure on-time and professional deliveries.

This role involves handling deliveries for corporate and individual clients, maintaining a high level of customer service, and ensuring safe transportation of balloon arrangements.

Deliver balloon bundles to corporate and individual clients on schedule.

Ensure safe and professional handling of balloon arrangements.

Maintain clear and timely communication with dispatch and customers.

Provide friendly and professional customer service upon delivery.

Track and report delivery performance metrics.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in delivery or courier services preferred.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Reliable vehicle suitable for transporting 4-FT Free-standing balloon bundles.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check and sign an NDA.

Commercial Auto Insurance Requirement: Delivery Specialists are required to carry commercial auto insurance or a business-use endorsement on their personal auto policy. Personal auto insurance policies do not cover business-related deliveries, meaning if an accident occurs while delivering for Balloon Bundles, the insurance provider may deny the claim, leaving the driver personally responsible for damages.​
